Most images have been captured using modern medium format digital cameras and lenses (Pentax 645D/645Z & Fujifilm GFX 100S), providing exceptional image sharpness and color rendition. Very few photographers use this high-end and expensive equipment, which requires masterful technique and patience to use. All images are printed and framed in studio using museum-grade canvas/media and archival pigment-based inks. This archival inkjet process, a.k.a. giclee, is more environmentally friendly than traditional wet printing and typically resists fading better.

Available Presentations:

     Gallery Wrapped Canvases are coated with a UV inhibitive spray that allows them to be displayed without glass.  The image wraps around 1 1/2" (or 3/4") deep stretcher bars, providing a three-dimensional, modern look that enhances both contemporary and traditional home decors.

    Mirror Finish Metal Mounts on Aluminum are photographs printed using archival pigment-based inks, laminated using a UV-resistant glossy laminate and mounted to aluminum composite. The laminate protects the photograph and allows it to be displayed without glass, providing the highest dynamic range and making the image "pop". Metal mounts show the highest detail, on par with satin prints. They are a simple, yet contemporary frameless presentation that fits virtually any decor. **Metal Mounts on Aluminum may have extremely minor surface flaws, inherent to the production process. In most cases, these insignificant flaws will not be visible under normal viewing distances.* This presentation is being discontinued in 2022 - the last day to order pieces in this presentation is June 1st, 2022.

    NEW AND IMPROVED Satin Finish Metal Mounts on Aluminum are photographs printed using archival pigment-based inks, coated with a UV-resistant, reflection control satin finish and mounted to aluminum composite. The spray coating protects the photograph and allows it to be displayed without glass, providing the highest dynamic range. Metal Mounts show the highest detail, on par with satin prints. They are a simple, yet contemporary frameless presentation that fits virtually any decor. This presentation "pops" more than the Matte Finish counterpart.

    NEW AND IMPROVED Matte Finish Metal Mounts on Aluminum are photographs printed using archival pigment-based inks, coated with a UV-resistant, reflection control matte finish and mounted to aluminum composite. The spray coating protects the photograph and allows it to be displayed without glass, providing the highest dynamic range. Metal Mounts show the highest detail, on par with satin prints. They are a simple, yet contemporary frameless presentation that fits virtually any decor. This presentation offers little to no reflection and is better suited for areas of display that may receive more light. 

     Float Framing provides a modern, more finished look that enhances both contemporary and modern home decors. These frames add approximately 2 1/2" to the artwork's final outside dimensions and are sourced and milled locally. Both canvas and metal are available in float framing.

     Premium Framing offers an elegant framing option that utilizes an oatmeal or black fabric liner with locally sourced and milled solid wood frames. These frames add approximately 7-8" to the artwork's final outside dimensions. Both canvas and metal are available in premium framing.

     Framed Satin Prints are framed with off-white or black matting, please specify in your order instructions. Images are printed onto a 300g satin inkjet paper that is 100% acid-free and archival.  This option shows the high image detail, on par with metal mounts. All matboard and foamcore utilized is acid-free and archival. Finished size will vary based on appropriate mat margins, but typically ranges from adding 7-12" to final artwork dimensions. 

     Satin Prints are available as Just the Print for those who plan to take care of framing on their own. Please note that it is typically less expensive to have us frame your artwork than using a custom framer. Images are printed onto a 300g satin inkjet paper that is 100% acid-free and archival. Most images are shipped flat, with the exception of very large sizes and/or S&H outside the lower 48.

Shipping:

Please allow up to 4 weeks for completion of canvas orders and up to 6 weeks for metal mount orders.  All artwork is professionally packaged and shipped.  Orders must be opened within 48 hours after arrival to check for shipping damage.  In the rare case that damage is found contact us immediately, and we will begin the claim process and get your artwork fixed/re-shipped. 

Return Policy:

Because each order is custom fulfilled, all sales are final once the artwork's production has begun.  However, in certain cases we reserve the right to offer an exchange or credit towards a larger purchase or future purchase.  All return shipping must be paid by the customer.  Please call with inquiries before attempting to return.
