2022 Metal Mount Updates

Our Metal Mounts are New & Improved!


Over the past month, we've been testing some modifications to our metal mount process. Instead of laminating, we will now be spray coating our metal mounts with the same archival, museum-grade clear coat that we've been using on canvas for over a decade. The result provides an equally vibrant image, but with much lower reflection. The coating is available in either gloss or matte and comes with the same lifetime guarantee that all of our artwork comes with.

   


The first image is the old mirror finish we're discontinuing and the second is with the new spray coating.

The former high gloss, mirror-finish is still available for order, but only through June 1st, after which we will no longer take orders and will be phasing out our existing stock of mirror-finish pieces. We will be having a sale in early June on in-stock mirror-finish pieces, but once the old presentation is sold out, they're gone, so if you'd like a future order to match the old presentation order soon!
